1. The installation of the terminal board should be strong. When the terminal board is at the bottom of the outer dial, cabinet or box, the height of the base surface should not be less than 250mm. When the terminal board is on the top or side surface, the distance from the edge of the panel, cabinet or box should not be less than 100mm. When multiple sets of terminal boards are installed side by side, the net spacing should not be less than 200mm.
2. The lines at both ends of the external dial, cabinet, and box wiring terminals should be marked according to the planning drawings. The markings should be correct, the handwriting should be clear and not easy to fade.
3. There should be no joints on the circuits in the outer dials, cabinets and boxes, and the insulation protection layer should not be damaged.
4. The lines in the outer dials, cabinets and boxes should be laid in the junction duct, and open wires can also be laid in the small junction box. When laying open wires, the cable harness should be fastened with a tie made of insulating materials, and the tie distance should be 100-200mm.
5. The rubber insulated core wire and shielded wire from which the outer sheath is stripped should be provided with an insulating sheath.
6. The cables and wires that enter the outer dial, cabinet, and box from the outside should be wired after checking the conduction and insulation resistance.
7. The spare core wire should be connected to the spare terminal, or reserved according to the maximum possible length, and the spare wire number should be marked according to the requirements of the planning document.
8. When connecting wires with terminal boards, exteriors, electrical equipment, etc., there should be margin.

The wire should be calibrated before wiring, and the wire end should be marked; the wire core should not be damaged when the insulation is stripped; the connection between the cable and the terminal should be even and strong, and the conductivity should be excellent; The connection should be crimped.
